Adam Gurney is a Chicago attorney who focuses primarily on real estate and business law. Joe Busnengo is a Chicago attorney practicing in the areas of probate, family law, and estate planning. Samantha is well-versed in the process of purchasing and selling property and is able to work with all parties to the transaction in doing whatever is necessary to complete matters as efficiently as possible, including the preparation of numerous different types of legal documents. Most importantly, Samantha has assisted hundreds of clients and is able to provide the necessary support to help guide clients through the legal process, making sure that all of the clients’ questions and concerns are addressed in timely fashion. She assists from the start of a contract all the way through closing, and beyond. Samantha graduated from Oakton Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Fine Arts.
Chris Cue has been barred in Illinois since 2008. He is a Chicago attorney with an LL.M from Chicago-Kent. His focus is primarily on real estate and business law. Aaron McKerry is an Arizona native who moved to Chicago in 2005. He attended Arizona State University and earned his law degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Prior to law school, Mr. McKerry gained valuable experience working as a paralegal at a real estate law firm. Shortly after receiving his law license, Mr. McKerry started his own real estate law practice. He has a diverse real estate background, representing both buyers and sellers in the acquisition, sale, development, leasing and financing of residential real estate projects. With his broad expertise, he has the negotiation and advocacy skills needed to close any real estate transaction. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and The Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association.
